poor cleanliness

the service here was a joke, with an elevator that doesn’t exist – I woudl ve been grateful for a room upgrade after all that stair climbing. and the power outage at 2am? absolutely ridiculous, not even a hint of compensation.

During my stay as a solo traveler for 13 nights, I appreciated the nice breakfast served each day, although I wish there had been more variety. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. It was conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to soak up the sun or enjoy the local food options just around the corner. I did find the shower a bit outdated, and the TV didn't work as expected despite my inquiries beforehand.

There were multiple issues that can't be overlooked. For starters, there were no steps to access the pool directly from the terrace, which required walking through the restaurant—definitely not ideal for quick dips. the breakfast selection was underwhelming, even with an egg station that left much to be desired. the lack of elevators could be a hassle for anyone on the higher floors, as getting to them involves a trek up numerous stairs.

stayed 5 nights at baan boa resort n it was amazin! the staff were super friendly n helpful, really made ya feel like part of the family. the pool access room was perfect, really quiet n comfy, with all the updates they’ve done it felt bright n welcoming. the location is lit, just across the road from the beach n close to everything fun. The breakfast was delicious! seriously can't beat the value for money here.
